How We Prepare for Cold and Flu Season

Every year I dread fall, it’s the start of cold and flu season, and with school-aged kids, it can be rough. Germs easily pass from kid to kid in classrooms, playgrounds, and lunchrooms. Each year I start my prep with a visit to the doctor to make sure they are all healthy and don’t have any major problems.
