The theme this week on Tuesday 10 is…

10 Professions You Wish You Had

I’ve had dreams of being these at one point or another in my life

I’ve always wanted to be a wife and mother
Dancer
Flight Attendant
Lawyer
Photographer
Marketing Executive
Advertising Agent
Cake Decorator
Teacher
in the Navy

Here is a list of my actual professions

wife and mommy
stay at home mom:
in home maid, nurse, detective, accountant, travel agent, story teller, cook, baker, decorator, stylist, huger, boo boo kisser, gift wrapper, personal shopper, monster chaser, bug smasher, and the list just goes on and on.

Having children made me realize that even though I may not get paid or even studied for a job doesn’t mean I don’t get it at some point.  Some in very loose terms and others I am a pro.  Like I am a pro monster chaser, they have no chance against me.  LOL. I’m sure you can identify with something or everything on my list and much more.  I love my three blessings and all the jobs they have allowed me to perform.

    A marine biologist.
Back when Shamu was big deal we saw him in Orlando and I thought I wanted to swim with the whales.
Then I saw how many science classes were involved and quickly changed my mind!

Yeah I am not a big science fan either. AS you can tell from my list. But in a few years I’ll be a scientist as well because when the kids are older the science projects are going to be coming. So maybe you will get to try it in a sense as well.

I can’t carry a note to save my life so singing was never on my list. LOL. I did want to be famous though.

LOL that’s a funny one. What a great memory to share. Those are the ones that bring us back to stages in our lives.

I always wanted to be a nurse, photographer or a pilot. I guess in a sense, as a SAHM, I’m a couple of those things each day! lol

Yep I am sure you are. Kids have a way of making us use our imagination with them. I was just in outer space with my 4 year old. We were on Mars and the moon.

I’ m a frustrated ramp model. I remember daydreaming about walking in a ramp wearing high-heels and a fashionable dress.

Being a mom is the best job ever….I would still love to be a professional pastry chef! That would be simply delicious! 😀

I love baking but I am so scared of pastries. Its just precise and easy to mess up. LOL. Maybe we ever live in the same area we can open a bakery and pastry shop. I bake cupcakes and you make pastries.

Jurassic Park was my absolute favorite movie growing up, so I wanted to be a paleontologist! Dusting off dinosaur bones, discovering new species, running away from genetically modified velociraptors (I realized quickly that wasn’t part of the gig). I love being a mom so much, it’s a daily adventure!
