NUBY Medical Kit Review

I’m a new mom again for the fourth time actually. Our family recently welcomed our newest addition and we are enjoying him so much and he’s settling in just fine. As an experienced mom I knew that we needed to make sure we had a proper medical kit in our home for our newborn. While I currently have some of these items already handy, newborns need to have their own items that’s special just to them. When this kit arrived at my home I loved it so much. I’ll share with me my thoughts on the items in this kit and why I think all new parents need to have one for their babies.
I love this Medi.Nurser! Who ever created this thing is a genius and I bet any mother reading this post will agree that this thing is a life saver. One of the biggest challenges of taking care of a sick child is getting them to take liquid medication. Some meds can be mixed with juices but that doesn’t always work. This can old up to three teaspoons of medicine and it’s perfect for younger kids. I can tell you that if my baby ever needs it this is going to make life so much easier than in the past.
The nasal aspirator in this set has a tip that is a little wider than the one you get in the hospital. This one also comes with an attachment you can change out and use in your ear as well. I find that I still sometimes have a hard time using these but this one worked really well for me when I used it on our newborn.
Overall I have to say that some of the aspects of the kit is the same as other but some are just way better. The only thing missing is a carrying case for the items. I had a nice size coin purse that I am using to keep all the items in one place.
