Adult coloring books are becoming more and more popular these days. They are supposed to help with stress in adults and it’s also fun and creative. If you’ve never seen one before you probably aren’t aware of these intricate pages. It’s nothing like the regular coloring books you are used to seeing for kids. they have very detailed designs that require you to focus and exhibit skills. The first couple of pages include a personalized dedication and a page with her name to be colored with some other designs at the edges.
For this book it’s best to use a colored pencil to get into the small spaces when coloring and also because it won’t bleed through to the other side like a market. Crayon tips may be too big fro some of the spaces. I also wish they did include a small pack of colored pencils so you could get started right away with the coloring. This is a great idea not just for adults but for teens and creative kids as well. My daughter loves it because it helps challenge her and inspires her at the same time.
