I received two bottles of essentials oils from Insta-Natural and Brand Backer for review.  The two I received were the Lemon Essential Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil for review.   I was hoping for the Lavender to see how it would work for helping with sleep but we ended up not getting that sample.  My package arrived just in time because my husband had been suffering with a headache that day.  He was complaining about having head aches, shoulder pain and tension behind his neck.  I had read before that Peppermint Oil was perfect for this so I told him to lay down on the bed, put a few drops of oil in my hand and messaged it on his temples, messaged some behind his neck and rubbed a little behind his ear.  I left him to take a nap and hoped it would make him feel better.

 

Two hours after applying the oil on my husband he came out of the bedroom looking rested and better than he was when he first went into the room.  He said he was feeling so much better, he got some well needed rest and the headaches and all his other aches were gone.   I have used it myself for headaches and it works great.  I’ve also been using it in an infuser in the house as well. That’s been working so well for us.  Instead of using air freshers.  It’s been working wonders on the house.  We walk in and you can smell the minty aroma through out.  It’s a must have for all homes in my opinion.

I wasn’t sure what I would be doing with the Lemon Essential Oil and after reading about some of the uses online I decided it use it for cleaning purposes.  Instead of using cleaning products filled with awful fumes I’ve been using a few dashes of the Lemon Essential Oil and water in my steamer to clean the house and it’s been working wonders.  I love the refreshing citrus scent it leaves behind.  I love that I can clean my house without chemicals and that it’s safe to use around my children.  I love that one bottle will go a long way because all you need is a few drops for anything you plan on doing.  This is another great product to have in your home, the ways I used them are just a few of the many ways you can use both products.
