Spending time with our family has been reduced due to the pandemic. My youngest wanting to spend more time with his cousins and with Zak Popcorn Bowls we were able to host a fun virtual movie night for them to enjoy.
The cousins crew are always looking for fun ways to hang out and spend time with each other, despite them fussing the whole time like old men when they are around each other. When I saw the Zak Designs Movie promotion I knew it was something they would love. I got to host a movie night, without having to worry about fussing.
Zak Popcorn Bowls
First we had to pick out a set from the five options that Zak had to offer in their popcorn bowl set. Each set comes with one large bucket and four small buckets. The collection includes sets for Mickey and Friends, Mandlorian, The Paw Patrol, Marvel, and Luca. My youngest son is a huge fan of Luca, and with the theme of friendship we picked that bucket style.
Fandango Movie Options
While we waited for our kit to arrive we had to choose a movie all the cousins would enjoy. Our kit included a Fandango gift card so we searched their site for a movie to buy/rent. Since rentals would mean they have to be in the same space we opted to buy movies.
Vudu Fandango often have free with ads movies or movies you can purchase for very low prices. With our gift card it was possible to purchase an older movie none of the boys have seen before. Since they each family has their own Vudu Fandango account it was possible for us to use the one gift card.
Movie Night Goodies
Once our kit arrived I had to figure out what we were going to use our bowls for during our movie night. The kit also included some candy, popcorn, and kool-aid packets. That gave me a great idea to make a movie night small bowl for each of the cousins. Each little bucket had enough snacks and goodies to help them enjoy their movie night at home.
The virtual movie night was fun and easy with an iPad, Vudu Fandango, and Zak Designs. They had a fun filled night watching movies while snacking, and laughing with each other virtually. I think we’ll be hosting more virtual events with other. Next time we will find other creative ways to have fun while being in our own spaces.
