I’ll be honest, the first time I’d ever heard of Artemis Fowl was on the #RalphBreakstheInternetEvent. We were on set for one of the shows we were covering and I noticed one of the bloggers, Tessa of Mamas Geeky, wearing a back pack with the words on it. I was intrigued so I asked her about it. She had lots of great things to say about the upcoming release from Disney. So when I saw the trailer this morning I was excited to see what it would be. Check it out below.
I have to say it’s looks visually stunning. It reminded me a lot of the Matrix. I could be totally off with plot details but the look of it and the young man in the suit felt like young Neo to me. According to Tessa they are re-releasing the Artemis Fowl books with new covers for the upcoming film release, so I just may have to grab copies and get reading before the movie comes out next summer.
