Take Your Small Business Far With Avery
Disclosure: I was provided the products mentioned below to review from Avery and Shoplet. Any and all opinions expressed are my own and have not been influenced.
If you are someone who own and operates a small business you are well aware of the costs associated with marketing and promoting your business, especially people who start those businesses in their homes. Personally I’ve had to deal with this for both my blog as well as my venture into selling baked goods to make some extra income. You don’t realize it at first and then all of a sudden it dawns on you that you don’t have a business card, you don’t have a logo to identify your product and the list just continues to grow and go on and on. Take your small business far with Avery. They offer a wide variety of great products that makes it affordable for you to take your business to the next level. No one will even know that you created them on your own and they are so easy to create.
These are some of the products I was sent to review.
Avery Round Easy Peel Labels (AVE22807)
Avery Blank Printer-Compatible Tags With Strings (AVE22802)
Avery Tri-Fold Brochure with Tear-Away Cards (AVE16152)
All of them are perfect to get your started with marketing and promoting your small business.
The printable tags with strings is perfect for someone with a brick and mortar business, a stand or if you sell at flea markets and such. These tags are great to create price tags so customers can clearly see the prices of your products. Each box has 96 tags and 100 strings. The strings are strong and durable and they won’t easily pop off your items. The options for the tags are endless. On the box it clearly states this product can be used with Ink Jet printers and Avery offers free templates for you to use and find ideas. Another innovate way to use this product is for identification purposes. Since it’s also back to school time, I know lots of parents need tags for their children’s items. These can be use for book back, lunch boxes and for other items you send to school that you want label. You can also use them to create personalized luggage tags for travel.
I really loved this labels. They can be used in so many different ways. You can use them to seal envelopes, packages, boxes, gift boxes, wrapping paper and more. Imagine how fancy all your Christmas gifts would look wrapped in wrapping paper and sealed with a personalized family monogram. No one will forget any gift wrapped so nice and professionally, even socks. LOL. These works for product labels and are great for getting your logo and brand name out there. The design templates are endless and it give you so many options for using these labels to highlight your products. It’s also very affordable the package costs $13.23 for 120 labels. That’s easy to fit into any budget and you can design each sheet separately so you can really stretch your budget and get all you want from the one package.
The tri-fold brochures with tear away cards are a great investment for any business. Not only do you have the option to share about the products and services you offer you can also use the tear away cards for business cards, coupons, special offers and referrals. It’s getting two things in one. Plus the templates on Avery makes it easy to get started and get lots of great ideas for using this product. My favorite feature of this product is the tear-away cards, most of the brochures I have seen never give the option and I think it’s a missed opportunity for chances to increase sales and exposure of your business. These are printable on both sides. As a blogger this would be great for conferences to pass out with your media package and more about your blog to brands and PR Reps so you can get noticed long after any conference. Plus it’s only $11.60 per package a price you can’t beat.
The two other products I got to review
Avery Flexi-View Round-Ring Presentation View Binder (AVE17686)
Avery Ready Index Contemporary Table of Contents Divider (AVE11133)
Binders and dividers are both products I am very familiar with, they are staples in high school and college so I know a lot about them. The presentation binder is a flexi binder that also features a pocket to show exactly what you are presenting. It’s much better that other pocket binders that I have seen in past years with the pocket on the front that seems to easily tear and pull away from the binder. I liked the flexi design because you don’t have to worry about it bending and falling apart. The back of the binder features a pocket for storing a few sheets of paper and a place holder for a business card as well. The table of contents dividers were the perfect companion to the binder. They were strongly reinforced and the tabs were bold, clear and easy to use and read. Each divider is made of a strong heavy paper and they hold up very well in the binder.
All these products were great and a must for any small business. I will update the post with photos of items I create using some of the tags, labels and brochures. If you are looking for office supplies then be sure to check out Shoplet and also be sure to visit their promotional products section as well.
