Write a Love Letter with Hallmark Cards
I love cards, I like to send them and I like to receive them. My husband even knows that for me a lovely card goes a long way. See I prefer the art of letter writing and each year for Valentine’s Day since we started dating I would challenge my significant other (now spouse) to write me a love letter. Over the years I’ve received some great cards from him for all sorts of occasions and not just Valentine’s Day. I received a bundle of cards to help me Put My Heart to Paper from Hallmark. Any opinions expressed are my own.
We all know that Hallmark has a very large selection of cards for all sorts of occasions and their variety for Valentine’s Day is unique and expansive just like all their other cards. Last year for our Family Love Dinner we all had beautiful cards from Hallmark. All those cards were amazing and this year we received another great selection of cards as well. These Studio Ink cards are small but perfect for just the right note. Both of mines were very eye-catching and colorful and the envelopes were lined as well.
These cards remind me of the ones I used to write love notes to my husband back when we were dating. They can fit perfectly in his lunch sak and make a fun surprise when he arrived at work. Sometimes we just need a small amount of space to say the biggest things.
Sometimes you want to show how you feel in a cute and funny way. Humor has a way to opening us up when we may be closed off or up tight. My husband is usually the one who picks out humor cards for me. He loves making me smile and those humorous cards at times are better than a heart warming one.
Valentine’s Day isn’t always about your significant other or spouse, sometimes it’s about friends or other family as well. My sister’s birthday is on Valentine’s Day and I always make sure I get her a card for both occasions. These beautiful cards from Hallmark are perfect for the women in your life. For me that’s my mom, sisters and a few of my close girl friends. A quick note to tell them they are beautiful and I’m thankful for their presence in my life.
These cards reminds me of the ones I would use to write nice love letters to my husband. I love these kinds of cards for short long letters, where I can pour my heart out on paper (card stock) and know that he’ll have it for a lifetime. Hallmark recently launched their Put Your Heart to Paper campaign and they have all kinds of information to help you create love letters. You know the ones we all seemed like experts at when we were teens and we had our first love. Before email, Facebook and heavy internet use. I checked out some of the videos on this site and it brought tears to my eyes to see these couples share their love story it’s touching. If you’re at a lost for words go there and get inspired to write your love story.
Hallmark even has a card for long distance lovers. Start off your love letter perfectly with this cute card. It says it all on the front of the card. Thankfully my husband is home with us all the time but there are lots of relationships that are long distance and they can’t be together. You don’t have to skip the holiday, Hallmark has you covered.
This is one of my favorite cards in the whole bunch. Maybe it’s because it’s chocolate or because I think it would be perfect to help me write a sweet love note to my husband for Valentine’s Day this year. Either way I love it and I know he’ll love it as well. These are just a few of the options from Hallmark so my question is will you write a love letter with Hallmark Cards?
