Waterproof Bible Review
I have been looking for a new bible recently so when I got the opportunity to review the Waterproof Bible with the Mosaic Reviews team I was super excited. I wanted the NIV version but I ended up getting to try the KJV – King James Version of the New Testament with Psalms and Proverbs. When it finally arrived in the mail I got even more excited because I just couldn’t believe that it was actually waterproof, I couldn’t wait to test it and then I thought about the ways I could test it. I just didn’t want to put it through any tests.
The bible sat on my desk for weeks as I thought about the way I would test it to see how it worked. I thought about leaving it on the dinner table and giving all the kids cups of juice. They are sure to spill it on there. Then I thought about it getting stained. Well according to the website and the front of the bible it clearly stated that it’s stain resistant. I read in the papers about the bible that it was also hard to tear so I gave it a try. I tried so hard to rip one of the intro pages and it didn’t budge. It stretched a little bit but it never tore. Finally one day it was raining and I sat it outside to see what would happen. It got wet and a little muddy.
After the rain I just picked it up and brought it inside and wiped it clean. It was perfectly dry and none of the pages were ruined. There was no water damage to the book or pages, no mud stuck on the pages and all the words were safe.
These would make a great gift for any Christian. The company stated that they have some with military personnel that are deployed and they have heard wonderful things from the soldiers and chaplains about how durable they are in the line of duty. They have them all over the world with different missionaries even in the rain forest and all of them have reported how durable and well the bible holds up. All the bibles from the company can be customized to fit your organization.
The custom options include; foil stamping, jacket covers and custom bibles and book projects. The custom bibles come in different languages, covers and images based on the organizations need. See all their custom options here.
The bibles come in five versions:

This is a great product overall and I really like mines. I have showed it off to lots of people and everyone is always interested in seeing how the waterproofing works. It’s a great gift for baptism and they have lots of options so it works for anyone. I highly recommend you pick up one and give it a try. You are sure to love it.
