With winter pounding on our door on the east coast I am dreaming of warmer weather and sunshine.  Phoenix has always been high on my list of cities to visit and if you’re like me and looking for an escape, check out these top independent hotels in Phoenix.

The Arizona Grand Resort offers world-class amenities, with your choice of suites and villas featuring one to three bedrooms and separate living spaces. Guests don’t have to leave the resort to find entertainment, you could enjoy a round of golf, a relaxing massage at the spa or one of six eateries on site. Families can spend their time enjoying the resort’s water park that also has a bar and grill.
