Lately, everyone one I know has been promoting the importance of self-care. I’ll be honest, as a mother of four, I don’t get much time to myself. Self-care for me comes in small chunks of time, and I have to find ways to monopolize on that free time to myself. I loved the Jasmine & Wintermint scent. It smelled amazing when taking a hot shower. It really allowed me to relax and enjoy my few moments of silence when I used it showering.
