Right before Christmas my toddler dropped my iPhone 4 in our toilet. He gave it a great bath in there, I raced to turn it off and looked for suggestions on the internet. The one I found was to put it in a bag of rice. So I grabbed some rice and dropped my phone in the bag. Most of the comments said over night their phone was working again but it was suggested to wait three days. I got impatient and tried it the next morning but there was still water in the phone, so I waited the three days. I was so excited I didn’t check to make sure no rice was in the phone and when I tried to connect my charger, a piece of rice was stuck inside and it broke piece of the charging strip. So now my phone is gone. Unfortunately I didn’t have insurance on it and it’s been sitting for months. Has this ever happened to you?
