Save Time Doing Laundry with Purex No Sort

May 9, 2014 By Nickida

Save Time Doing Laundry with Purex No Sort

One of the most painstaking tasks that I have to do is sort laundry and with four children six and under we had loads of laundry.  It can take an hour just to sort all the colors into lights, regular and dark.  By the time I am finished sorting then I have to pack them up, take them to the laundromat, wash, dry, fold and put them away.  It’s takes almost the whole day to tackle our laundry.  I especially hate when we miss a week and we are doing two or three weeks worth of clothing it just seems never ending.  That’s not even counting the linens, bath towels and bathroom rugs.  Oh how I wish my kids wore uniforms to school.  You can now save time doing laundry with Purex No Sort for Colors.  This new detergent by the Purex Brand is something for mom’s everywhere to rejoice.

The Purex Brand provided me with a sample of Purex No Sort for Colors detergent in exchange for a review.  I was very excited about giving the product a try.  I mainly wanted to try it with the kids clothes.  They always seem to have so many small pieces of clothing and I wanted to see how this would work with their laundry.  I was so surprised at how well it worked.  None of the darker clothing ran onto the lighter clothing.  I usually have to worry about red bleeding or darker rinsed jeans but I didn’t have to worry at all.  The clothes were all washed clean and they didn’t fade either.

I also wondered if I would have to use more detergent that I usually use and I didn’t.  I used it in the laundromat with no problems in those special machines as well as a regular top loading machine in our apartment complex.  Although the product is innovative Purex recommends certain guidelines to ensure the product works well for you.  They suggest that you wash strongly colored fabrics or new clothing, especially jeans, separately at least five times before doing a mixed color load with Purex No Sort for Colors detergent.  The anti-color transfer technology traps loose dyes in the wash and does not let them settle onto other fabrics, this helps reduce color bleeding accidents.
