When planning a family vacation we are always looking for the best bang for our buck. Staying in hotels can be nice but often its cramped and offer very little features. If your family is like mine and you need to save when traveling then I would suggest time share rentals. Choosing to rent a time share is a win/win for both the renter and the owner. Time share rental is very cost effective and can sometimes be up to 50% cheaper than staying at a hotel. If you are looking for a place to start researching time share rentals and to find out more about the benefits of renting one, I suggest you start with RedWeek.
RedWeek was very informative for me about finding the many benefits of choosing a time share rental that would work for our family. Some great benefits I found that you can’t find when staying at a hotel is lots of rentals includes multiple rooms. More rooms means that people can have their own space and they don’t have to feel cramped up. Having access to a kitchen is a big plus with renting a time share. Imagine the money you can save on a week long vacation if you can cook while there. You won’t have to spend money on almost every meal or in between meals snacks. Luxury rentals also have many great features included in the price of the rental, for example pools, kiddie water play areas, tennis courts, game rooms and so much more.
When you are on the RedWeek website you have to option to search for rentals in numerous ways. You can search for kid friendly resorts, pet friendly, golf courses, beaches, theme parks, and more. Another great feature of the website is when you are searching the properties you can also see reviews from past guests and see how they felt about the rental. That’s a great resource when considering a rental because you get the point of view from a real person who was there and who review is honest.
Check out some deals I found on the site for time share rentals and see for yourself how much you can be saving by renting a time share instead of a hotel.
I found a rental in South Beach Miami (11/30 – 12/7) for $600 for the entire week. When I searched for hotels in the area the ones I found were listed at $90 or more per night and it wasn’t even near the city center. Plus none of the hotels I found offer as many amenities as the time share offered. The time share has onsite fishing, golf, health club, a playground area, laundry facilities, dishwasher, ocean, dvd player and more.
