Outstandingly Remarkable Rentals Makes You Feel At Home

Usually when we are traveling for vacation we stay at a hotel.  We also went camping once and stayed in an RV, but with a family of six we need as much space as possible when traveling and hotels usually don’t have space we would prefer.  Last month during the #MonkeyKingdomEvent our entire group was hosted by All Star Vacation Homes in their luxurious Orlando vacation rental houses.  Any opinions expressed are my own.

When vacationing you want to have all lots of fun but you also want to feel safe, relax when you’re not out exploring and you want convenience.  Location is always a key factor in choosing where we stay when traveling.  I love places that are close to attractions, shopping and food.  Since we were traveling for the Monkey Kingdom Event and we were spending three days at Walt Disney World we needed to be close.  Acadia Estates were about two miles from the park.  So after our long days we didn’t have a super long drive back to the houses.  It was very close to restaurants and lots of tourist shopping.  Key features of our house included:

There’s so many amazing things I could share and say about All Star Vacation Homes but what mattered the most to me was feeling comfortable.  It truly felt like a home away from my own home.  They really provide you with a space to feel comfortable while making lifelong memories.  We had very long days while promoting Monkey Kingdom, while it was fun it was a lot of work.  It felt great to come home after 14 hour days and come home to a nice hot shower, a comfortable bed and all the other creature comforts of home.  The neighborhood was so quiet, another bonus for me. The last trip was I on, in the middle of the night someone was in the hallway yelling at 2 AM for at least an hour and a half.  I never had to worry about the neighbors at all during our stay with All Star Vacation Homes.

All the rooms were had beautiful decor that could easily be your own.  No basic branded items like you would find in hotels.  There was so much space in my room it could easily sleep three or four people.  I didn’t use any of the drawers but you could fit clothes in there for weeks, plus there was a very spacious closet.

All the bedrooms had their own decor and fit with a theme for the room.  The rooms with attached bathrooms also had great decor as well.

The whole house was spotless when we arrived.  I usually always check to make sure bathrooms are ok when traveling because I want to be sure they were clean.  All Star Vacation Homes included all the times we need to start our vacation, with any trips to the store.  They made sure the house was cleaned before we arrived, they stocked it with personal care products like shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotion.  They even provided the toilet paper for the house.  There were also dishwashing detergent in the kitchen and sponges to wash those dishes or if you prefer to use a dishwasher you could because everything you needed was under the sink.

We didn’t eat much in our house but it had a fully equipped kitchen to help us cook up amazing meals.  Our house had a regular coffee pot and a Single Cup Brewer, lots of pots and pans, dishes for at least twelve people and lots of personality.  We had two eating areas in the house and one outside by the pool/grill area.  Imagine traveling on vacation and having the ability to cook whenever you choose.  That’s a great value because you could have breakfast before heading out and make dinner when you get back.  Or have a BBQ outdoors and enjoy the warm Orlando weather.

It took me about three days before I finally headed out to the pool area and I am not sure why it took so long.  I spent thirty minutes in the hot tub enjoying the peace and quiet and it was so refreshing and relaxing.  I love that the pool has a protective gate to keep kids from just rushing out to that area.  I could just picture my whole family enjoying a day at this pool.  Another bonus to renting a vacation home versus a hotel.  You get a private pool that’s always open.

Entertainment was in abundance in our house.  The theater room is equipped with a Blu-Ray Player and you can stream Netflix.  I wish I had known that because I would have definitely watched a movie.  All the bedroom had a television and the GameLoft on the top-level included an arcade game, a desktop computer and a pool table.  Plus the house has free WiFi access so you are always connected.  I can honestly say that the WiFi stood the test of time when twenty of us were using it for our phones, tablets and laptops while working during the trip.  I don’t think anyone would be bored staying in this house.

I can’t end my post without mentioning the washer and dryer unit in our house.  I came home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.  One of the biggest drawbacks to vacationing is the instant pile of laundry you come home to.  With our rental from All Star Vacation Homes we didn’t have to worry about going home with dirty clothing.  This feature alone is priceless to me and I am sure any family traveling could understand it’s value.
