Prize Candle Review
I’ve always wanted one of those candles that holds a piece of jewelry in the candle. They always seem to have such beautiful prizes in them. Well I was chosen by Tastemaker Mom to receive and review a Prize Candle.
When I found out that I was getting a Prize Candle to review I was beyond ecstatic. Who wouldn’t want a chance to get a prize worth up to $5000. I think I had dreams of getting a one of a kind piece that would be worth at least a couple hundred dollars. I waited for the candle to arrive in the mail and when it arrived I opened the box and lit the candle immediately. I received a Jasmine Neroli candle. I’ve never had one of these candles before so I wasn’t sure where in the candle the prize was. An hour after lighting it I was looking for signs of the prize. Nothing. Another one and I still didn’t see anything. My husband joked about me being impatient and so I put on a movie to take my mind off the candle. When it was time to make dinner I could see the plastic package with the ring and now I even more anxious. Finally it was time to reveal the prize….
My candle came with a code to go to the Prize Candle website so I could find out the value of my new ring. You just enter the code online and it tells you the value of your ring. Mines has a $25 value. It’s a very pretty ring. It’s not the $5000 ring but it’s a very nice one. The prize is what I was looking forward to with this candle but was a very nice candle. It had a great scent that wasn’t overpowering or too strong. The candle itself you can use about two or three times. It’s an all natural soy wax candle. The wick are 100% cotton.
