Last year I finally updated my pots and pans and get a nice non-stick set.  The first set my husband and I started out with was cheap and they would stick and burn all the time.  When we got those pans I thought they were the best pans ever, and compared to what I was using it was definitely an upgrade compared to our usual.  I didn’t realize just how sub-par those pots and pans were until I got to cook with my Ozeri Green Earth Fry Pan.  I was sent one for review and I was totally blown away by the results.

My frying pan arrived in the mail and I wasn’t sure what to expect.  It actually took me a while to open it and use it because of the holidays but if I had know then what I did now I would have pulled this out before the holidays to help with all the cooking.

I love this pan.  It’s so good.  The pan is very strong and durable.  It was so easy to clean and use the first time.  The pan is not thin and flimsy either, it is a nice weight and the bottom is thick so you can tell that it would prevent sticking of your foods.

The first thing I made in the pan was chicken.  I was starting it in the pan to brown and finishing it in the oven afterwards.  All I used was some grapeseed oil in the pan and the kept my food from sticking on the pan.  It was so easy to slide and move my food around the pan.

Look at the even cooking on the pieces of chicken.  They were cooked perfectly and neither piece burnt at all.  The chicken breast were moist and delicious for dinner.  My family loved it.  I plan to prepare stellar dishes with Ozeri Green Earth Pans from now on.  If I could I would replace my entire set of pots and pans with Ozeri pans.  They offer the fry pan in the 8, 10 and 12 inch sizes, they also offer a wok and some other pans.  I hope they expand into stock pots, stew pots, small pots and other pots because I think they would be the ultimate in cooking utensils.  I definitely recommend these pans to anyone looking to upgrade or find a pan they will keep for a lifetime.  These would make the best house warming gifts for everyone you know who are moving or starting out.  Perfect for newlyweds and college students.  You won’t need pans after making an investment in these pans.  You can purchase them on Amazon: 8″ Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri, with Textured Ceramic Non-Stick Coating from Germany (100% PTFE and PFOA Free)
