My Thoughts.
This novel fast pace for me. It was really exciting to see how the story was going to develop. I liked at times that it wasn’t dragged out forever making you less interested in the novel. I really wanted to like Nell, but I wasn’t sure how to feel about her at first. Here she is a successful business woman who has men drooling all over her but she lost that confidence when David was in the picture. I would have liked to know more about why David feelings grew so strongly all of a sudden. This book really put me on a roller coaster of emotions. You get introduced to Nell and David early and learn they are both married but Nell has feelings for David. Then you learn about Nell’s life with her husband and at the same time David reveals his feelings for her she finds out that her husband is very sick. She decides to stand behind her husband and in an instant her life gets transformed with one phone call. I would recommend this book it’s a very playful read.
