My dream kitchen would come with two professional grade ovens, a nice cook top, cabinet space for days, two fully stocked refrigerators and a pantry the size of a bedroom.  The reality though is that I am very limited on space and pots and pans seem to take up so much space.  I’ve been looking for ways to help cut down on all the pans we have in our cabinet.  Copper Chef™ reached out to me about trying their multiple-purpose pan and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to give it a try.

I used my fry pan immediately to make dinner that night.  It was perfect for making pan-fried pork chops that my family enjoyed.  Clean up was a breeze, and the chops were cooked to perfection.  As you can see the bottom of the pan has a stainless steel induction plate, making the pan perfect of use on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cook surfaces.

I haven’t used any oil when cooking with my pan, I like using the butter spray for a light layer but there are some things I won’t even bother using oil.  I love using this pan to fry our bacon now, it quickly fries the bacon, cooks it evenly, and it’s always extra crispy.

The Deep Square Pan is amazing, I love the long handles and the helper handle making it easy to handle the pan on the stove top or in the oven.  you really can use this pan for so many things.  It works great for frying chicken wings, baking a lovely lasagna, and steaming veggies to perfection.  I’ve replaced tons of my pots and pans with this one pan.
