Since joining BookLook I’ve reviewed my fair share of bibles. I love having lots of different bibles to choose from for several different reasons. Aside from of course having the word of God, these bibles also provide another level of insight into the world of Christianity. One this I love about what Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend did with this bible is that they really used their own teachings all throughout the bible. I believe that this bible is the perfect bible for anyone, whether you are well versed in the bible teachings and just looking for a new bible or you’re a newly exploring your faith and looking for a guide. This bible can really help you with finding the answers to real life issues.
The reading plans in the bible are great because it’s a way of giving someone a guide as to what they could read. I usually just say a prayer and path my bible when it’s time to read but sometimes I want something more specific and that requires finding it in the bible. That process is simple and easy with the Life Journey Bible. Just turn to the back of the bible for an easy subject index and find what you need almost instantly. Learn more about each book of the bible with the book introductions. It includes some information about the book as well as the author, the audience, the estimated date it was written and the theme of that book. Great insights for someone studying religion.
