Thanks to my membership in BookLook Bloggers program I’ve had the opportunity to review quite a few bibles this year. This is probably my tenth bible this year and I choose this one because it’s a paperback and I thought it would be a great tool for reading the bible daily. With the Once A Day Bible you can ready a different portion each day, giving you the opportunity to actually read the entire bible in a year. It’s made to fit your own pace and most importantly each daily reading touches on both the Old and New Testament. While the readings are numbered it’s not set to a specific date, that means you can pick it up and read any day of the year. You can start at the beginning, middle or end of the year and you will always get the same result. Inside the bible are also devotionals to encourage women, written to address the needs of women. I love that this bible includes a small section in the front so you know how to read it. It’s a good bible overall. The text isn’t too small and it does include the actual text of the bible. This is a great bible to add to your collection and to use in addition to a regular bible.
