I recently wrote a short post introducing you to P.V. Body and their new monthly subscription box service. Its a great service for women who like working out or running and just being active. The service super cool and very easy to use. You just head over to their website pvbody.com and take their style quiz and they will send you an outfit based on the results of your quiz. I was super excited when I got selected to review their products and give my feedback. I couldn’t wait to get my new work out gear. I choose to get a top in bold colors but I wanted my bottoms in bold colors as well. I also wanted my pants to be long and not too short since I have so much junk in my trunk. LOL!
You can choose from sizes: x-small, small, medium or large. You can choose from bold, muted, patterns or black and white for both you tops and bottoms. The style choices are yoga, runner, casual/stylish or gym girl and for you bottom you can choose shorts, capris & pants or both. I waited and in a few days a metallic pink envelope arrived at my house with my new work out gear. Here’s a photo of me. I really didn’t want to share my photo but I did my best tummy suck I could.
Honestly I loved my workout gear but I really didn’t feel that confident in them. I was too worried about my curves and rolls. I therefore wish they offered it in extra large so I could have a little more room. I shared the second photo so you could see the length of my pants it goes down to my ankle. My pants is actually royal blue. I will have to post another photo so you can see the color. My shirt is a lovely lime green and it has a mesh type vent between the breast so that you can get air while working out and help with sweat. My pants has a nice pocket in the waist line so you can put a iPod or MP3 player to listen to music while working out. I will also like to say they are both very durable and strong. I was worried I would split the pants or rip the seams but they were made to stretch and that made me feel good about the outfit.
I plan to set a goal in the new year to get more healthy by eating better and working on my weight. Its going to be a slow and steady process and I plan to get my start with my new pv body gear. I guess its time to pull out the Wii Balance Board. So here’s to a New Year and a New Active Me.
