New Frozen Fever Film Stills
Disney shorts seem to have a whole life of their own. I appreciate them just as much as the movies. One of my favorites Paper Man was the short that appeared in front of Wreck It Ralph. I loved the simplicity of that short and I even put in the Wreck It Ralph DVD just to watch the short. My most recent blogging trip included Feast, which appears in front of Big Hero 6 and I just loved it, probably more than I love Paper Man. Well last year I hinted to Frozen Fever, the short opening in front of Cinderella and there are new images from the short and they look simply amazing.
Directed by Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, and produced by Peter Del Vecho, with an all-new original song by Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, “Frozen Fever” marks the first project reuniting the Oscar®-winning original team from Disney’s “Frozen.”
In “Frozen Fever,” it’s Anna’s birthday and Elsa and Kristoff are determined to give her the best celebration ever, but Elsa’s icy powers may put more than just the party at risk. The short is opening in front of Cinderella on March 13, 2015. I can’t wait to see the Anna, Kristoff, Sven, Olaf and Elsa again. It appears they’ve been living happily and Elsa is trying to make up for all the years she missed with Anna.
I wonder if Elsa is waking up Anna to help her with building a snowman? I’m actually excited about this short and the movie Cinderella. I think I’ll make it a Mommy/Daughter Day and take my daughter to dinner and the movies for us to enjoy them both together.
Isn’t this a lovely family portrait? I love that they are all together still. I am hoping this means we are going to get more Frozen movies in the future. I would love to see a full story on Elsa’s powers or Kristoff’s family history, perhaps a Frozen Wedding down the line. For now we’ll just have to settle for Frozen Fever.
Another great bonus of Frozen Fever is a new dress. I don’t know how many more new pieces of clothing we’ll see but this could mean new dress for Halloween this year. Either way it’s something to look forward to. How excited are you abou Frozen Fever?
