I’m always looking for ways to improve my family’s diet. My husband and I are working towards eating healthier and making better food choices. Our hope is that those choices trickle down to our children. We’ve heard much debate about whether or not regular milk is best for our dietary needs. I haven’t had any complaints from my family when I’ve swapped out regular milk for New Barn.
