My Go To Affordable Beauty Hack

Let’s face it, beauty products can be very costly. When you add in factors like sensitive skin and other issues, you’re looking and more and more money. Recently I dived into the world of makeup and I’m learning so much. One is that it can become expensive very fast. I was on the hunt for a good cleanser for my face. Something that would easily remove all the makeup from my face, while being gentle on my skin. I was looking for a product that wouldn’t break out my skin or cause it to become irritated. My search landed me on Dove Beauty Bar.

I’ve used Dove products for years, it’s a brand that I know and trust. My mom used it with us, and when my children were having issues with baby soap our doctor recommended we used Dove. It’s such a mild soap, I knew it would be perfect.

The soap is perfect for cleansing my face every morning, instead of me having to spend money on an expensive cleanser. It’s the first step in my make up routine. Getting my face clean and free of any oil and dirt. I love that it doesn’t feel like my face is being stripped before I start to apply my makeup. I also like that I can use this in tandem with organic face scrubs when I need to exfoliate.

I also save by using the Dove Beauty Bar as a makeup remover as well. I follow the same step as if I were cleaning my face. I use a wet washcloth and the soap to wipe off all my makeup. You can see in the photo above one side of my face still has makeup and the other is completely clean.
