Making Lunch & Dinner Easy with Saucy Fish

November 8, 2014 By Nickida

Making Lunch & Dinner Easy with Saucy Fish

I love having fish for lunch or dinner.  It’s tasty and sometimes so easy to make.  I will admit though that at times I find it hard to make sure I am not over cooking my fish so it’s not too dry and over cooked.  I was sent samples from Saucy Fish for review.  Any opinions expressed are my own.

Saucy-Fish

My Saucy Fish arrived still frozen and in individual packages ready for my freezer.  There were four different samples for my family to try.  One was fully cooked and already seasoned.  This would be perfect for lunch at work because its ready to enjoy straight from the package.  The other three samples were raw fish that needs to be baked in the oven.  All four packages included a package of sauce to use on the fish once it was ready to be eaten.  This is probably the easiest dinner or lunch you could ever prepare in your entire life.  Each of my packages included an individual portion and it includes the instructions for preparing the fish.  I was actually really surprised at how simple it was.  I’ve cooked fish in the past and always had such a hard time with cooking times but not with Saucy Fish.  All I had to do was pre-heat my oven to the temperatures shown on the package, place my pieces of fish on a baking tray, bake for twenty minutes and then remove from the oven, let cool and serve with the finishing sauce.  Just like that I made Salmon for dinner that tasted like it was from a top restaurant.

If you’re not a great cook or you’re looking for something easy and delicious to make for dinner or lunch then you should check out Saucy Fish.  Everyone will be wondering how did you create such a tasty fish with an awesome sauce.  They’ll want the recipe and to know your secrets.  Saucy Fish would work great for holiday dinners, ditch the leftovers and make something fresh and delicious for dinner with Saucy Fish.

The Saucy Fish Co., currently one of the hottest brands in the U.K., is coming stateside to your local Giant store.  Basically, it’s sauce and fish without the fuss, and fantastic flavor without the hard labor.

Offerings Include:

·         Salmon Fillets with Chili Lime and Ginger dressing

·         Salmon Fillets with Sweet Soy and Chili dressing

·         Tilapia Fillets with Mango and Chili sauce

·         Roaster Sweet Chili Salmon Fillets with Tomato & Chili Chutney

It is a healthy, easy-to-make dinner.  We personally think the ready-to-eat salmon can be a life saver when it comes to an impromptu lunch date with friends.  It can be topped on just about anything from salad to pasta. Even better, The Saucy Fish Co. is a member of the  Sustainable Seafood Coalition. The fish is responsibly sourced so you can feel good about it while you eat!
