Not everyone likes to channel their inner baking goddess, some people don’t even have one. I love baking, especially in the fall and winter months, when it’s cold it’s perfect to keep the house toasty and smelling of baked goods. As much as I love baking I hate doing it for the entire family during the holidays. My mom’s idea of baking cookies is refrigerated cookie dough. Don’t get me wrong though while that works sometimes, for the holidays I think we just want something different. I don’t really know what to use to describe the Can of Crumbs. They taste like a crunchy cookie edge but the whole thing is crunchy and covered in powered sugar. What I can say for certainty about these crumbs in a can is that they are very addictive. I opened the can and tried one, before you knew it I had eaten almost a quarter of the can on my own and I didn’t even realize it. If you are a fan of crunch cookies or anything crunchy you’ll love these crumbs. They are so good, everyone who tried them in my family loved them. The Crumb Cake Variety sheet is perfect for someone looking for a selection. Perfect for all your holiday parties because there’s something for everyone. The variety tray includes three flavors of crumb cake offered by Hahn’s Old Fashioned Cake Company. There are four pieces each of the original crumb cake, raspberry and chocolate crumb cake. This variety pack is perfect for our family. My brother and I are more chocolate cake people so we really enjoyed the chocolate crumb cake, my husband, mom and two of my sisters liked the raspberry crumb cake because of the addition of fruit and most of the kids along with my dad preferred the original crumb cake. If you have to take something to an event and you know it’s going to be lots of different people this is the perfect tray because there’s something that everyone could enjoy. The crumb cake itself was super moist and delicious. IT has a wonderful soft crumb that just melts in your mouth when you eat it. You could tell it was baked recently and not stale at all. The crumbs are just right, they are not overtly sweet, the perfect addition to the cake. These would work great for breakfast, brunch or dessert.
