I grew up hearing it over and over again. The phrase is etched in my head and I am certain it’s the reason why I was such a good child. At least I think I was a good kid. I don’t say it as often to my kids but every now and again they get the reminder. Jesus Sees Us, he sees all that we do and he knows all the we do. While we can hide from everyone we can’t hide from him. Jesus Sees Us was created by two mothers of preschool-ages children looking for an engaging and relatable way to introduce Jesus and their Faith to their children! The Jesus Sees Us set comes with a Doll and Picture Book to help you get the point across. I have four kids in various age ranges, with the youngest being one and the oldest being seven. I couldn’t wait to share this with them because I knew it would be something they all enjoyed. When the package arrived at our house my oldest son immediately wanted the Jesus Doll. Before I even explained it to them he quickly asked me about the book and what the words were on them that he didn’t know. Almost immediately we were talking about Jesus and how he sees and knows all, that we can’t hide from him and that should encourage us to be good people all the time.
That whole evening my son played with the doll with his siblings and even his toys. It was great looking at him interact with the doll and his toys because he used his own words to explain to the toys why they should be good because Jesus Sees Us. Having that moment alone is totally worth having this products because my son is teaching about Jesus. He’s sharing about him, even if it’s just with his toys, but it gives me hope that he’ll do the same with his friends.
