Yesterday was so hectic and I am sure everyone was wrapped up in elections so I didn’t get to post so I will do it today. I am thankful for the right to vote as an African American and as a woman. People fought for my rights to vote in both cases and I exercised it yesterday after waiting almost an hour and a half.
Today I am thankful for storms, yes I said storms. Storms have a way or reminding us that sometimes we just don’t have control and when we don’t all we can do is sit back observe and wait for the calm and peace that follows. I am thankful for a hard working husband who sacrifice tremendously for his family and that God is the only one who can judge me. I am thankful that God has and always will covert this family and protect us because we have faith and we believe in good.
