I’m Off On My Next Adventure for the Premiere of Black Panther
I’ve been sharing about all things Black Panther since last year. Excitement doesn’t even begin to explain how I feel when I think about this movie. I’m a huge Chadwick Boseman fan and when I started to learn more about how Marvel strived to make this film as authentic as possible, I’ve been ready to see the finished film. My new year started out with an amazing email sitting in my inbox with the subject – Disney, Marvel Studios & Disney/Pixar Invite You to Los Angeles! 1/28-1/31.
After doing my happy dance and a little bragging to my husband I responded to the email saying YES, of course, I will be attending. There’s no way I would miss this once in a lifetime opportunity. We are still awaiting our final itinerary for the trip but here are a few things we’ll be doing while in L.A.
Our group will be walking the red carpet at the premiere of Black Panther. I’ve had a skirt waiting to wear when I go see this film. I still haven’t finalized my red carpet outfit yet, but I can’t wait to see how the red carpet looks. In addition to walking the red carpet, we will be interviewing talent from the film. I’m hoping that Chadwick Boseman is on that list in addition to Trinbagoian Winston Duke. Regardless of who makes the list, I’m excited for the opportunity to take to the people attached to this film.
Black Panther opens in theaters everywhere on February 16th, 2018. Be sure to pick up your tickets now.
While in town you will also celebrate the Walt Disney Signature Collection release of LADY AND THE TRAMP (available on Digital 1/20 and Blu-ray 1/27) with an Italian dinner and paint and sip class! You will enjoy delicious Italian food and learn to paint a “Lady and the Tramp” themed painting.
True story I just noticed this tidbit in my invite email. LOL. I not artistic at all, so this will be very interesting, to say the least. I’ll be sharing as much as I can during this event.
The fun doesn’t stop there as you will also enjoy an authentic Mexican dinner on Los Angeles’ historic Olvera Street in honor of the upcoming Blu-ray release of Disney/Pixar’s COCO with special guest Anthony Gonzalez (voice of “Miguel”).
Celebrate one of the best reviewed films of the year and Golden Globe Awards® winner for Best Animated Feature when Coco arrives Digitally in HD and 4K Ultra HD™ as well as Movies Anywhere on February 13, and on 4K Ultra HD,™ Blu-ray,™ DVD and On-Demand on February 27. With extensive bonus materials spanning from deleted scenes to story research in Mexico to designing the world of the Land of the Dead, the whole family will find hours of content to enjoy!
Just added to our itinerary is a sneak peek at #TheBachelorWinterGames, along with a Q&A with host Chris Harrison. For the First Time Ever, Bachelors and Bachelorettes From Around the World Mix Love, Humor and Friendly Competition on ‘The Bachelor Winter Games,’ the Newest Addition to ABC’s Hit Romance Reality Franchise.
