My recent blogger trip with Disney for Big Hero 6 included a huge welcome bag.  We actually got two welcome bags.  Going through the products I could tell that my family would all want the items from the bag.  In addition to attending an all expenses paid press trip with Disney, I was also provided samples of some of the products listed below.  Any opinions expressed are my own.

Black Friday is this week or should I say Black Thursday & Friday since lots of stores are starting their sales as early as Thursday at 5 PM, as a part of our trip to L.A. we had the opportunity to chat with two of the folks from Disney Consumer Products.  They shared with us some of the details about the items in our Big Hero 6 Welcome Package and how consumers can purchase those products for their fans this holiday season.  My welcome pack was a huge hit in our house.  My husband wanted the Baymax Hoodie I had so badly but it wasn’t big enough.  The kids played rock, paper, scissors for the Baymax pillow, my infant is in love with his Honey Lemon plush and I even tucked away some goodies for Christmas.  Here’s a break down of some of the great products available for purchase from Disney Consumer Products.

Thanks to the generosity of the folks at Disney Infinity all the bloggers took home their very own Disney Infinity 2.0 Toy Box Starter Pack (specific to a gaming console of their choice) and the Hiro & Baymax figures.  We also had a small group demo of how the new 2.0 edition works.  There’s so much I loved about Disney Infinity.  In the new 2.0 players can build amazing worlds of their own.  There is even a community for builders and you can upload your worlds so other people can download and use it as their own.

The new Hiro & Baymax figures lets you bring San Fansoyko to your toy box.  You can use them in other worlds or create your own San Fansoyko in your game.  These two are just a few of the new Disney Originals figures added to the game.  Other originals include Donald Duck, Maleficent, TinkerBell, Jasmine and Aladdin.  The Merida and Stitch figures are included in your Toy Box Starter Kit.

Also released just in time for the holiday gifting season is the Disney Infinity Marvel Super Heroes Starter Pack.   Now, the 2.0 edition of Disney Infinity – Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes takes players deep into the Marvel Universe with classic characters and original story lines.  In Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes, players will use real-world interactive Marvel figures to activate original story lines (Play Sets) in the virtual game worlds of some of Marvel’s most popular franchises, including The Avengers.  Players will be able to take on the role of more than 20 Marvel characters including Captain America, Iron Man, Black Widow, Thor, Hulk and Hawkeye to battle enemies, complete challenging missions, solve puzzles and ultimately save the world from destruction.
