Gearing Up For the Big Game with Red Baron Pizza
Disclosure: I was provided free coupons from Red Baron’s PR rep in exchange for this review. Any and all opinions expresses are my own.
The Super Bowl is in one week and if you’re a sports fan then you’re probably figuring out what your plans are for that night. Recently I posted about a great offer from Red Baron, Freschetta, and Tony’s pizza brands discounts on pizza and beer for the big game. Well my family and I had the opportunity to review some pizzas from Red Baron and was super thrilled about the chance to give them a try. My son is a big fan of pizza and I like that it can be an easy and affordable option to dinner on days when I don’t feel like making a huge dinner. Since it’s so close to the Super Bowl I’ve noticed that the supermarket was having a great sale on Red Baron Pizzas so I sent hubby out with our coupons to pick some up for dinner hoping they weren’t sold out due to the sale.
We got the Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza and the Classic Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza to have for dinner that night. Making them were so easy I just took them out the box removed the wrapping and placed the pizza directly on the rack in the oven. Fast forward fifteen minutes and we dinner was ready. Ours didn’t take long because we brought it home from the store and put it in our refrigerator since we were baking them that night.
This is the Thin Crust Pepperoni pizza. It was really good. I love thin crust pizza so I was excited to see how this would compare to others I’ve had in the past. The crust baked just right it wasn’t extra crispy and dried out. It was just a little crunchy on the edge, nicely baked on the bottom and the pizza was soft and a little flaky. It was the first to go. My son ate a quarter of the pizza by himself. I would definitely recommend this pizza for your next pizza night.
This is the Classic Sausage and Pepperoni pizza. This one was also very good. I noticed with my first bite that the crust baked perfectly in the oven. I’ve had other frozen pizzas that was doughy and under cooked. This one wasn’t like that the crust was just right. My husband ate most of this pizza because he’s the fan of sausage.
I served salad with the grown ups pizza and fries for the kids. It was such an easy option for dinner and we really enjoyed out pizza.
If you’re planning of hosting a Super Bowl Party this year or just enjoying the game at home why not pick up some pizza from Red Baron, grab some Budweiser and make your event planning much more easier, after all who doesn’t like pizza ad beer?
