Fight Dry Skin with Udderly Smooth Products
During the fall and winter months it seems that one of the biggest battles I fight besides the cold/flu viruses is dry skin. I am always looking for something to help protect my family’s skin and keep them with moist skin after baths and showers. Cold weather can be brutal to your skin and when you are taking showers and baths with hard water, harsh soaps and forced heat make for even drier skin. That’s why I was super excited about trying out Udderly Smooth as a part of the Mosaic Reviews program. I knew I would be looking for something this winter and so I didn’t know what to expect from this brand but I was hoping for good results.
My kit arrived and the first thing I tried was the hand lotions. I can’t tell you how many different hand lotions I currently have in my purse. I have about three different brands, one I use the most and the other two are ones I was using before. My main one had been a Gold Bond hand lotion which works greats but at times it can seem very thick. The one I use the least is a cocoa butter lotion that I love the scent but it’s runny and doesn’t keep my hands soft long at all. The Udderly Smooth hand lotion was the perfect balance of these lotions. It wasn’t super thick so it made my hands extra greasy, it wasn’t runny either. The scent was very light and I loved that because I didn’t have to worry about it affect my scenes. I have replaced all the other lotions in my purse with this one. My review kit also contained a few samples so I used those in stockings for the holidays just to share a little with family and tell them how great the product works.
I also had the opportunity to review the Body Cream and Foot Cream from Udderly Smooth. My feet get very dry, very fast so I didn’t have expectations for the foot cream I just wanted something to rub on my feet that wasn’t body cream or lotions with lots of mint scents or anything like that. I use the foot cream on my feet after a bath and it felt heavenly. I loved the addition of the Shea Butter, my feet were smooth and soft for the entire night, my hubby didn’t mind me rubbing my feet on him at all that night. When I woke up the next morning my feet were still a little soft so I just put on a light layer and I was good for the rest of the day. Since I started to use it daily I find my feet stay soft longer and I don’t have to use as much as when I first started using it.
The body cream is a huge hit for me. I haven’t touch any other lotions since my review kit has arrived. It really works wonders for my skin but I especially love how great it works on my husband’s skin. My hubby isn’t a lotion person at all, he mainly just makes sure his hands are soft and moisturized but that’s about it. Well I used this to give him a back rub shortly after it arrived and now he uses it all the time on his skin. He loves that it doesn’t have a strong fragrance, it’s light but very effective and his skin feels so much better now that he’s moisturizing it with Udderly Smooth. We definately recommend you picking up this product if you see it and give it a try.
