Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego Review

January 31, 2014 By Nickida

Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego Review

Disclosure: I was provided with this dvd for review.  Any and all opinions are my own and have not been influenced.

When I was younger I remember watching certain shows on television.  I find myself saying all the time how much I miss watching those shows.  When I found Mill Creek Entertainment website I was in nostalgia heaven.  I knew I had to reach out to them about working on a review of their titles.  I got a variety of options to choose from and so I got something for myself, my husband and the kids as well.  I got Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego for myself.  I remember watching that show when I was a child.  When I put it on I didn’t think the kids would watch it but they loved it.  They loved when the followed the clues and stopped Carmen.  My daughter even asked me questions about Carmen, she wanted to know if she was a thief and why was she stealing all the stuff.  What I loved most about the show is that it highlighted lots of different places around the world and that’s what I wanted the kids to catch on to.  In watching for just two hours on the first day they learned about India, Egypt, France, & Switzerland and that’s just the start.  If you remember these from your childhood then be sure to pick up the dvd and introduce your kids to programing that’s entertaining and educational.
