Disney Movies Anywhere Now Available on Roku, Xbox and Android TV
Disney Movies Anywhere launched last year initially it was only available on iOS mobile devices. The app was super easy to download and set up. It syncs seamlessly with your Disney Movies Rewards account so any movies you previously unlocked would automatically appear in your DMA account. I loved the app because it kept all my movies in one place. I attended an expenses paid blogger press trip with Disney, all opinions expressed are my own.
DMA has been expanding and while on my recent press trip I learned about some of the new platforms available for using Disney Movies Anywhere. The new additions is taking DMA off your iOS and Android devices and onto your television screens. Now that’s something to rejoice about. With the newest updates you stream movies using one of the following platforms:
- Amazon Fire Stick
- Android TV
Right now DMA is running a special promotion, when you download the app and connect a new account you receive a few digital copy of Monsters, Inc. If you already have the app just connect to one of the new streaming platforms like Amazon Video, Microsoft Movies & TV and Android TV. After connecting the movie will appear in your library.
Once you’re logged in you can view all the movies in your collection. Be sure to check all your Disney DVDs to see if they have any digital copies that you haven’t redeemed yet.
Redeeming your digital copy isn’t the only perk of using DMA, since it syncs with your Disney Movie Rewards account you can add codes to redeem points as well. Save those points and exchange it for Disney swag and special collectibles. I love saving my point for around the holiday because you can get really great limited collectibles.
Catch up on all things Disney Movies though the ‘Discover’ tab in the app and get exclusive behind the scenes footage and more. Overall the DMA platform is a great resource for Disney Movies. It keeps you updated on new releases, what’s vaulted and even lets you know what’s coming out the vault. If you haven’t downloaded it yet be sure to check it out now and stay up to date on upcoming updates to DMA.
