Cute Cards for Kids by Cardpocalypse
I like sending cards in the mail. I love it actually. Every year it never fails I create all these cards to mail off to friends and family around the holidays. Sadly technology and social media are killing off snail mail. Don’t get me wrong though, I live and create in a space of technology and social media. Being somewhat savvy in both areas have afforded and continue to afford me great opportunities but with young children of my own, my goal is to encourage them to communicate via pen and paper. Cardpocalypse is a specialty greeting card company -created by moms for moms to help themselves and their children creatively express themselves. I was provided samples to review. Any opinions expressed are my own.
All my children are different but my daughter is a lot like me. She loves writing notes and I think it’s because as long as I can remember I’ve always made sure she had her own stationary. I encourage her to work on her writing and each year for the holidays I make sure they write their own cards for classmates. Cardpocalypse created a line of cards specifically for children.
My beautiful cards came wrapped up in twine. I received a five pack of the kids cards and the adult cards. Each card created to say something unique. The kids cards are like little postcards so children can write cute notes on it for their friends. The adult cards fold over and the photo on the front corresponds with the words inside perfectly. These moms really hit the nail on the head with these five cards. Both sets all all you need to convey your feelings perfectly without going overboard. Cardpocalypse was founded by two neighborhood moms whose kids often need special ways to express their feelings to one another. Kidpocalypse cards help kids say, “I’m sorry for breaking your toy,” “Get well soon,” and “Thank you for being a good friend.”
These cute cards and perfect gifts for the holidays to remind your kids that communication through notes is very important. Get them their own stationary or get some cards for your card box. You can purchase cards from the Cardpocalypse Etsy Shop. The five packs sells for $15.00 and individual cards costs $4.50 each.
