Create Easy Asian Inspired Dishes with San-J Sauces
Disclosure: I was provided with product samples for review from San-J Sauces. Any and all opinions expressed are my own and have not been influenced.
I love trying out new dishes from different cultures, so much so that when my husband and I were dating I started “New Dish Night” on Fridays I would cook a dish I’d never made before from a different cuisines. Sometimes cooking can be intimidating and make it seem much harder than it really is, and that’s why I love products that take the guess work out of cooking and just leave you with delicious food and the opportunity to brag 🙂 I’m all for using products to create simple and delicious dishes. When San-J Sauces reached out to me about trying some of their products I jumped at the chance. I was sent a bottle of their Gluten Free Mongolian Beef Sauce and the Gluten Free Soy Sauce. When they arrived I used the Soy Sauce first. I used it to brine a chicken I was baking for a family dinner. I love brining chicken or turkey before roasting because it helps keep the meat juicy and tender and I love the fact that the soy sauce I received was the lite version it had 50% less sodium (a plus for me since I am battling Hypertension).
When I used my Mongolian sauce I used it to make a beef and broccoli dish that I served over steamed white rice. I just followed a recipe on the bottle and it was so easy to make. I just marinated the beef strips in some of the sauce for a few hours and when I was ready to make dinner I cooked the beef first then the broccoli, I covered it and turn the fire down low and when it was almost done I put some more sauce in the pan with some beef stock to make some sauce for the rice and just like that I had an Asian inspired dish thanks to San-J Sauces. These were both great and I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking to create delicious foods with very little hassle and stress. San-J offerings are also Gluten free so people who have gluten free diets can also enjoy making delicious dishes at home without dealing with confusing at restaurants and carry outs. They also offer a variety of different cooking sauces, salad dressings and soy sauces. You can purchase their products online those the San-J Store. They also carry them in local supermarkets so the next time you’re shopping for groceries, check out the international foods section, grab a bottle of cooking sauce and create your own “New Dish Night” with your family and brag when they comment about how delicious the food tastes.
