Counting on Lemonade DVD Review
I love LeapFrog Letter Factory series. My kids actually started watching them on Netflix and once I saw how much they liked them I started to make sure they got copies for themselves. They don’t even realize that they’re learning, for them it’s just fun and educational. We received a copy of Counting on Lemonade for review from Lionsgate Home Entertainment.
The newest addition to the LeapFrog Letter Factory Adventures is Counting on Lemonade and it helps with counting to 20, addition and subtraction. This is perfect for my son in the first grade. Every night he has bonus (but required) addition of number from 0 to 9. It’s helping him with his simple addition skills. I really loved this addition to the Letter Factory Adventures because it helps kids figure out those early stages of Math. Personally when I was in school I liked Math, I didn’t struggle with it as much but my husband did. My son is somewhat like my husband and is struggling a bit with Math. When the DVD arrived and we watched it I could tell that he was slowly starting to pick up on some of the skills. He’s already improving in his counting and I’ve noticed with his homework some of the problems are easy for him.
Teaching early math skills and problem solving for preschoolers to first graders, LeapFrog Letter Factory Adventures: Counting On Lemonade focuses on counting to 20, addition and subtraction, and features three all-new original learning songs, plus curriculum commentary for parents. Timed to back-to-school season and the release of new Letter Factory Adventures LeapFrog products, The Letter Factory Adventures: Counting On Lemonade DVD is available for the suggested retail price of $14.98.
