Celebrating National Soup Month with the Original SoupMan

Did you even know there was such a thing as National Soup Month? Well I didn’t either but I know that I love eating soup in the winter months. It helps keep you feeling nice and warm on a cold day. Anytime we have lots of snow or the temperatures drop really low I love-making some kind of soup, stew or chili for the family. Personally I rarely buy soups out of the can since giving birth to our third child because of the high sodium in some and bland taste in others. Thanks to the Niche Parent Network and the Original SoupMan I got that opportunity to try seven boxes of their World Famous soups and I have to say that I will never even consider canned soups again. These are by far the best soups I’ve even tasted that’s sold in stores. It tastes homemade, each box tasted like I just made it in my own kitchen or as if I was in the restaurant getting a bowl.
When the package arrived my husband grabbed the Crab & Corn first. I had the Chicken Soup first and the first thing I noticed is that the noddles were not mussy and soft plus you could actually see and taste veggies and all the flavor in the soup, it’s nothing at all like some of the can stuff I’ve had in the past. My husband devoured the Crab & Corn in no time at all so I know he had to be just as good. I’m planning on using the Lobster Bisque with dinner tonight and use it following a recipe idea on the back of the box. I’ll be sure to update my post of the finished product, I’m sure we’re in for a treat. That’s another thing I like about these soups is that you can have them as a starter to a meal, have it by its self or use it in a recipe and on the boxes the Original SoupMan gives you suggestions for enjoying the soups. It didn’t take long for these soups to turn me into a #SoupManFan and I’m sure when you try them you won’t buy soups from the can and you’ll become the next Original SoupMan Fan.
