It’s Dads and Grads season and if you’re looking for a great gift idea then look no further than Masik Collegiate Fragrances.  I first came across these from another blogger on Instagram and when I saw them I knew I wanted to get the University of Oklahoma cologne for my husband for his birthday.  I ended up getting to try two fragrances the University of Oklahoma cologne and a University of Florida perfume.  When they arrived I hid them so hubby couldn’t see it until his birthday.  I couldn’t wait for him to give them a try for himself and hear his thoughts.

I couldn’t wait for him to try out the OU cologne.  I woke up early to make sure when he was getting dressed for work he that he would get the use this scent on his birthday.  He was surprised when I handed him the box and he immediately sprayed some on his wrist and some on his neck and clothing.  It smelt so amazing.  It’s not overpowering and strong, it smells clean and slightly earthy.  It’s a cologne that you can use year round because it features different scent profiles that compliment each other and none over power the other.  If you wear scent based on seasons I would say this works great for Spring and Summer.  I can also say this cologne last with you all day.  When hubby got home that afternoon from and he walked past me I could still smell the light scent in the air.  It was the perfect compliment to him.  He even told me he had been getting compliments all day from co-workers about the cologne and how great it smelled.  Even after he’s been gone all day and working around tons of people you could still get a lovely scent when he walked by.  He’s worn this cologne just about everything since he got it for his birthday a week ago.  Since he’s a huge OU fan I know he’s already told his friends who are fans of the school as well about picking up the cologne for themselves.

The University of Florida perfume smelled just as great as the cologne.  It’s the perfect scent for this time of year in my opinion and I love that it’s not just a fruity or flowery scent.  It last just as long as the cologne even on days when it’s really hot outside the perfume didn’t vanish quickly even if I was sweating.  I’ve also gotten compliments when wearing this scent as well.  Both of these would make great gifts for dads and grads, or any sports fans.  Masik Collegiate Fragrances are great gifts that is sure to please.
