Build a Travel System with Ingenuity Baby

As a mom of four I’ve used quite a few car seats and strollers.  Over the years they have evolved and become much more stylish, yet practical and much more functional.  Ingenuity Baby has recently released their first car seat and stroller to  help you build a travel system that is not only functional it’s state of the art.  I was provided a travel system for review from Ingenuity.  Any opinions expressed are my own. My latest stroller was a jogging stroller that seemed it would be the best thing since sliced bread for me in regards to strollers.  As good as it was I soon found it to be heavy and a bit of a burden to use with my infant and my toddler both hanging on me.  While it was super easy to close, that became just about the only thing I liked about the stroller.  Soon it was just parked in the corner just taking up space.  When I was contacted to review the new InTrust 35 Pro Infant Car Seat & InVenture Pro Multi-Functional Stroller I jumped at the chance.  They both looked like great products so I couldn’t say no. I’ll start by telling your about the InVenture Pro Multi-Functional Stroller.  It’s truly unlike any other stroller I’ve ever used in the past.  The first thing I noticed is that the stroller itself isn’t heavy.  I was able to easily carry it down the stairs in my apartment complex.  There’s so many great places to start with this stroller that I don’t know where to start.  Just from the box alone I saw features that I knew I would enjoy using with my son.

The stroller gives you the ability to change baby’s view.  I can’t say just how much I love this feature.  Being able to change the way we stroll.  I never understood why strollers faced out so parent’s couldn’t look directly at their child once you removed the car seat.  Now I have the option to switch the view.  Baby can either face me or face the world.  That was so cool to me. The stroller seat is completely removable to add InTrust 35 Pro Infant Car Seat™ to become a travel system.  The sides feature the Sure Click technology that makes is virtually seamless to transition from one stage to another.  There’s no need to fuss with the seat simple pull up the tabs to remove in seconds.  Putting the stroller together was a breeze, I was able to put mines together in less than five minutes.  The seat also features a removable insert for infants.  As your child grow you can remove the insert so it’s more comfortable for your child.

The frame of the stroller is made of a lightweight aluminum.  It’s very sturdy and durable but easy to lift.  The frame easily closes with the seat attached in the front facing position or without the seat at all.  Without the seat attached it takes up very little space. The stroller has four cup holders total.  The two at the top is for parents, perfect to hold your drink cups and there’s even a corded slot to hold your phone while listening to music.  Your phone is is hidden safely and securely in the pouch. The stroller also has button to adjust the foot rest and and handle bar that you push.  This is a great feature because the foot rest adjusts to your growing child and the handle adjusts so who ever is pushing it is comfortable.

The InTrust 35 Pro Infant Car Seat is another great product from Ingenuity.  I really love this car seat.  It’s like my son is riding in the lap of luxury every time he’s in his new seat.  The seat is made to fit perfectly with the stroller and with the sure click technology I know his seat is completely secured for each ride.

The SmartAdjust Headrest, the side impact tested headrest that adjusts headrest and harness height simultaneously, this is a great feature for growing babies.  So as your child grows taller the headrest adjusts with your baby up to 32 inches.

Another feature that I liked about the car seat is that the button to adjust the straps of the seat is located right at the bottom of my son’s foot.  In our previous seats the button was always hidden and seemed to be a mystery but wit the InTrust 35 PRO it’s in plain sight.

Also included are premium soft inserts for babies and infants.  This seat’s weight limit is from 4 pounds to 35 pounds.  So it’s safe to use as your hospital car seat and you don’t have to worry about purchasing inserts for when your baby is a newborn.  I really liked the middle harness as well because it is easy to secure and once it’s clipped I can slide it to adjust in the right place to keep my baby safe.

Another feature of the car seat is SeatRelief™ provides smooth base surface – easier on your vehicle’s seat.  I don’t have to worry about my seat being destroyed by the car seat.  The smooth surface relieves pressure on the seat.

Overall both of these products are great and when used together you can really build yourself a better travel system, one that you and your baby will both enjoy for a long time.  We are definitely enjoying out new travel system and would highly recommend it to all new parents.
