On our first cruise we were so excited about visiting the ports and shopping with the vendors, we missed a lot. Every day getting off the ship we were handed brochures with coupons and shop highlights. We never really looked at them much. This cruise on the Carnival Conquest we tried to explore more and try things we didn’t the first time. Our first day on the ship we received papers in our room reminding us to pick up our coupons for the first port Nassau.

- St. Kitts
- St. Lucia

- Tortola
You can collect your charm bracelet at the first port along with your first charm. I got my first bracelet with a Conch Shell Charm in Nassau.
I missed out on the charm in Amber Cove, but if you do cruise on the Carnival Conquest and you hit that port, be sure to stop for your Sand Dollar charm at Diamonds International.
Kay Jewelers
We received a special Nassau Conch Shell Charm at Kay Jewelers. It was also free, just stop in the store and show your coupon voucher. They also had other special promotions in store.
Mark Henry Boutique
Visit the Mark Henry Boutique to grab your free Caribbean Coin. My coins from Nassau and Grand Turk were the same, and they didn’t have a shop in Amber Cove. These can be kept as is, or repurposed in so many different ways.
Milano Diamond Gallery
Grab a free Nassau Coin from Milano Diamond Gallery at the Nassau port. It was easy to stop in store and grab my free coin. I found it easiest to collect the free items in Nassau as almost all the shops were located on the same strip just outside the gates at the port. It was easy to walk to the different shops in under an hour and it gave us a chance to see more of the island.
Tanzanite International
This beauty wasn’t in my Fun Finds brochure, but we saw it in the window when walking the strip and stopped in to review this beautiful charm from Tanzanite International. They also had a special promotion to add a pair of earrings for a very affordable price to match the charm. I highly recommend stopping here to see what they are offering at the time. According to my Fun Finds Guide, Tanzanite International also offers a free Sand Dollar Charm in their Amber Cove Store.
Effy
There’s an Effy Shop on board the ship in the Fun Shops, but I didn’t see the store until our second port. We were walking by the store in Amber Cove when we saw the promotion for the free charm necklace. They also have a special promotion to upgrade and purchase one of their special collection necklaces for only $99. I highly recommend stopping in to Effy if you see the store and asking if they have any special promotions.
Fun Shops Promotions
Check out daily pamphlets left in your room or the Carnival Hub app for special fun promotions in the Fun Shops. They offers all kinds of raffles and promotions for passengers on board the ship. Effy had several events to draw shoppers into the store and on the final night of the cruise we stopped in for a raffle and although we didn’t win, we were all treated to a surprise gift at the end of the shopping show.
While traveling to different ports, charm options may have changed from my time of sailing. Please keep in mind these items are free of charge, so the quality may not be the best. Some clear nail polish can help keep them from tarnishing as quickly. They are also perfect for anyone who like scrapbooking and creating memory books. Good luck collecting your charms. I hope they give you great memories.
