We’re Ready to Fight Off Summer Colds with Pfizer
If you’re a mom with school aged children, you are probably just like me and dread certain times of the year. I try to make sure I’m always prepared for colds during the fall and spring seasons because that’s usually when germs are all over in schools. I make sure all the kids have lots of tissue and hand sanitizer in their backpacks for school, constantly remind them to cover their mouth when they cough, reminders to sneeze into their sleeves or tissues, and to always wash their hands. Despite constant reminders and precautions the nasty cold still strikes and when it does I have to be prepared to keep it from spreading all over our house like a wildfire.
“The Pfizer Pediatric Platform products, information, and additional gift pack have been provided by Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. All thoughts and reviews are my own.”
Shortly after our we received our package from Pfizer my son came home with a horrible cough, soon all four of the kids started coughing during our spring break and I was ready with my products from the kit. Products included in the kit was Children’s Advil®, Children’s Robitussin® DM Day/Night Pack (Children’s Robitussin® Cough & Chest Congestion and Children’s Robitussin® Nighttime Cough), and Children’s Dimetapp® Cold & Cough.
With all three products I was able to help keep the cold at bay and allow the kids to still have an enjoyable spring break. Each product worked to address a different issue, and together as a team to help me with keeping the kids feeling up to par.
Children’s Advil and Infant’s Advil are my first line of defense against fever and pains. Whether the kids are complaining of a headache or running a fever, this if the first product I reach for in the medicine cabinet. I’ve been using it for years, since we had our first child. I love that they have two different formulas for infants and for children. It’s a brand my kids pediatrician and other doctors have recommended to us over and over again. I trust it and I know it works.
About Children’s & Infant’s Advil: Ease those aches and pains, while reducing a child’s fever fast with Children’s Advil®, a great solution for kids as young as 2 and up to 11. Children’s Advil® comes in several great-tasting flavors, including: Sugar-free Dye-free Berry, Bubble Gum, Grape, Blue Raspberry, Fruit and Dye-Free White Grape flavors. There’s also Infants’ Advil® White Grape, which provides unsurpassed fever relief with a syringe for easy dosing for children 6-23 months.
Children’s Dimetapp® Cold & Cough tackles a child’s most bothersome stuffy and runny noses, all while working to relieve cough. When my daughter was coughing I used this to help her with the cough. It worked perfectly so she could get outside and play with her brother during spring break.
Children’s Robitussin® DM Day/Night Pack (Children’s Robitussin® Cough & Chest Congestion and Children’s Robitussin® Nighttime Cough) non-drowsy daytime formula helps break up chest congestion, while the long-acting nighttime formula relieves coughs and runny noses to help kids get the rest they need.
This dual package is all you need in your cabinet to really help fight cough and colds. The box includes both the day and night formula for fighting a cold. I like that the flavors in the boxes were different, so the kids didn’t have to drink the same flavor at day and night. The nighttime formula really worked well with my kids. It helped quiet their coughs and that lead to a better night’s sleep.
