God’s Little Princess Holy Bible Review
My little princess is getting older and she reading more and more each day. With her learning new words and building her vocabulary I want her to have a bible that’s not just stories or partial break downs of the bible. As a Tommy Nelson Mommy we received God’s Little Princess Holy Bible for review. Any opinions expressed are my own.
My daughter already owns a Sheila Walsh Princess Bible Book. It’s a book for younger girls that talks about the bible but it doesn’t have a lot of text. It was perfect for her when we was younger and wanted something to carry with her to Children’s Church. Now that she’s getting older she needs something with the full text. This bible is a part of the popular God’s Little Princess series from Walsh and it contains the full text of the New King James Version. This is perfect for young girls as they transition from kids books to something more advanced. In addition to the full text of the NKJV of the bible it also includes over 200 prayers for girls. I loved that feature because now is a vital time for my daughter to start learning about prayer and understanding it beyond the the ones we have taught them to say with meals and at bedtime. There’s also study questions, all to reach these girls on their level. Walsh did an amazing job with this bible and giving our girls something to have as their own as they build their own personal relationship with God. It’s the perfect Baptism gift, Confirmation Gift, First Communion Gift or just to replace another version. My daughter has really enjoyed having hers and she feels like a big girl taking it with her to church.
