Cooking oil can make a big difference in the tastes of food. I haven’t tried coconut oil ….it sounds like it would tasty esp. since you’ve said you’ve used it repeatedly….I’d like to try it!

I’ve just started using the coconut oil, and I love it as well! The flavor is so delicious that I can even eat it straight from the jar.

I also love the soft coconut meat of young green coconuts. I usually make yogurt out of it and make coconut kefir with the coconut water.
